I've lived a bit like Clark Kent: technology and business by day, electronic music after hours.
By day, I spent 15+ years going from engineer to solution architect, director, and VP, shipping software in high-stakes, regulated industries like healthcare, finance, and education. My real job was always translation: standing between the people who build technology and the people who run businesses on it, and making the complicated thing make sense in one meeting.
After hours, I spent 25 years producing electronic music, with releases and remixes supported across the electronic music world, and I built a music education platform that taught over 700 students. I've built companies along the way too. Sold a couple, shut a couple down, and learned more from the second group.
I also taught the last gold rush, blockchain and crypto, as an investor and an educator on YouTube.
